Install DeckRelay

1. Download and open the DeckRelay DMG.
2. Drag DeckRelay into the Applications folder.
3. Open DeckRelay from Applications.
4. When prompted, enable DeckRelay in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, then quit and reopen it.

The release is signed and notarized by Apple. Installation does not require Terminal commands, removing quarantine attributes or bypassing Gatekeeper.

Connect

Direct Bluetooth is the default and keeps commands local. Open DeckRelay on the watch and Mac, then wait for both to show connected. Relay is an optional internet-based fallback; select Relay on both devices and enter the six-digit code shown by the Mac.

Quit DeckRelay

Closing the window keeps DeckRelay available in the menu bar for watch connections. To stop it completely, open the DeckRelay menu-bar item and choose Quit.

Presentation does not move

• Confirm the intended presentation target is selected and shown as running.
• Confirm Input shows Ready. Re-enable Accessibility access if prompted.
• Make sure the watch and Mac use the same connection mode.
• Use Show diagnostics → Copy diagnostics, but remove any private context before sharing it.

Report a problem

Contact the DeckRelay distribution provider with the DeckRelay version, macOS version, Garmin model, connection mode, presentation target and sanitized diagnostics. Never include pairing codes or session tokens.
